Our client is a leading investment platform provider in the Fintech space. They are an ASX listed Fintech firm currently experiencing growth and are seeking an employee with knowledge and experience within the Investment/portfolio administration space to join their team.

**Role duties**:

- Assist with annual tax reporting processes
- Communicating with auditors, custodians and clients to resolve queries
- Allocation of funds received/matching of payments processed
- Processing payments, monthly fee calculations and rebalancing of cash
- Placement of orders in IRESS to trade via multiple systems/platforms
- Check and allocate international trades from files received from Custodians
- Calculation and processing of client facing and platform service fees
- Processing of account closures
- Work closely with the Reconciliations and Corporate Actions teams to ensure overall data integrity and service quality.

**You Need**:

- 1+ years Investment Operations experience within a platform or broking space
- Experience with IRESS IPS is preferred
- Open to entry level graduates
- MS Excel experience is essential.
