**Role Description**

Lead a team of data professionals to drive the use of enterprise data to generate insights, support decision making, and drive automation within business operations. Modern data solutions will inform initiatives to adapt, improve and innovate business services, linking business operations to long term strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver enterprise data solutions enabling end-to-end business performance to be managed, drive insights and inform decisions on improvement actions
- Develop and implementation of an Information Strategy
- Implement data governance and master data management capabilities
- Ensure compliance with specified security and privacy policies, standards and legislation
- Promote the ethical use of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven track record of leading an analytics team to generate data solutions and insights
- Proven experience as a Data Professional Leader
- Experience in Microsoft Azure-based data technologies and delivery methods
- Strong Knowledge of data science technologies and methods
- Strong communication and collaborations skills at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in high-security organisations
- Experience working in multi-provider delivery environments

**Certifications**
- Microsoft Azure Data Certifications

**Rates**:

- $150-$200k (Pending Experience)

**Clearances**:

- **Baseline Clearance minimum**
