**Description**:
The Role
We are seeking a suitably qualified, competent and experienced Grader Operator with the ability to step into a leading hand role when required
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Skills & Experience required**:
- “HR” Manual licence
- RIO inducted advantage
- Experience with Graders (120/140G/H, 12/14G/H, 16G/H, 120/140M)
- Experience with Dozer D8R/T, D9 N/T & D10 N/T
- Relevant qualifications, tickets, licences and VOC
- Relevant experience in road maintenance and bulk earthworks
- White card/blue card
- 4wd Certificate
- Fire Extinguisher Training
- Strong occupational health and safety knowledge and skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Be able to pass a comprehensive physical assessment including a pre-employment medical and a drug and alcohol screen
