Weekly pay
- Move to PERM after approx 3 months
- Immediate start on a 2:1 roster

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain a motor grader to cut, fill, and shape surfaces according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure accurate grading based on engineering plans.
- Conduct routine maintenance on the grader for optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all operations.
- Contribute to the overall success and timely completion of construction projects.
- Willing to operate other plant, watercart, skid steer, excavator etc.
- Manual duties where required, strictly not grading only so will need someone who is willing to do some labouring work, not just sit in the machine all day.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Grader Operator in a construction or similar setting.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining motor graders.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in grading tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and any required certifications.
- H or M grader series experience.
- Have minimum HR licence, preferably have a HC licence too.
- Some exposure to minor civil works would be advantageous e.g. service trenching, pads etc.
- Able to provide NPC within the last 6 months.
- Able to complete a pre-employment medical.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary based on experience.
- 2 and 1 roster, all day shifts.
- Pay rate range (FT): $45.36 to $48.48 p/hr depending on experience.
- Labour hire then convert to MLG on a permanent basis after approx. 3 months.
