Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in Huntingwood. You will be reporting to the Accounts Receivable & Credit Supervisor and will be responsible for your own ledger to ensure customers payments are made in line with our company payment terms.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Processing of all cheques, direct deposit and EFT payments in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensuring accounts on ledger are reconciled
- Ensure disputes are recorded, investigated and resolved in line with company process
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to issue invoices, statements and reports to customers as required

**Requirements for success**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suites including Excel
- Experience using Mainstream Electronic Account & Billing platforms
- Organisation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
