**Early Childhood Educator - Casual Position**

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating an inspiring learning environment? We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join a dynamic team at a well-regarded Early Childhood Centre located in the Hurstville area.

**Position**: Early Childhood Educator
**Location**: Dapto / Wollongong
**Type**: Causal
**Salary**: Above Award Rate

**About the Centre**: The Centre is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to young children, fostering their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development. With a strong focus on play-based learning and a supportive environment, they aim to create a warm and welcoming space where both children and educators thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate effectively with families.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of care and educational practices.
- Comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum or working towards Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- A strong passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute positively to the Centre's culture.
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
