We have a great opportunity to join the PUMA team in the role of Coordinator Operations Sports Licensing.

Critical to the success of Puma Local Licensed product, this position represents the integration point between Planning, Design, Development, Partnership teams and our Suppliers.

The core accountabilities of this role relate to the management of trims and accessories including their replenishment to agreed levels, coordination of purchase orders, vendor capacity planning and management of embellishment programs, and the tracking of garments to ensure on time in full delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
Purchase & Production PlanningMaintain and coordinate the Purchasing critical path related to locally supplied articles, embellishment articles, local and globally sourced trims and accessories for our Licensed Team Sport production
-Manage Team sport embellishment capacity planning
-Management of embellishment programs with suppliers
-Management of all trims and accessories including the replenishment of these pieces to agreed levels
-Manage and track base garment orders to ensure on time delivery
-Identify peak volume periods and proactively coordinate with stakeholders to achieve optimal stock flow for Retail, Wholesale & Specific team needs

Purchase OrdersEnsure purchase order (PO) placement, accuracy and flow of PO’s are in time to fulfill customer orders.
-Maintain the PO status in the system to ensure data accuracy.
-Manage the PO satus to align with demand.
-Regularly liaise with suppliers to maximize production output based on priorities.

ReportingPO tracking and fulfillment reporting including analysis & suggested actions
-Track garments to and from Embellishers
-Manage deferments and early handover requests
-Create and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reporting to ensure regular, transparent and clear information flow
-Delivery chedules across licensed teams and reporting on time updates and informing of any foreseeable delays

**YOUR TALENT**:
Degree in Business, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent preferred
-A minimum of 2 years plus experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Merchandising or related functions
-Preferred industry experience - FMCG, Retail, Planning, Production
-Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
-Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products
-SAP experience highly regarded
- Power BI exposure preferred
