Our client is after a leader who's commercially smart, full of ideas, can lead an in-house/contract team, and work hands-on to grow video as one of their core commercial and organic components. Your knowledge of real estate will ensure the content is optimised for today's digital climate.

**Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept It**:
You'll envision, plan, manage, produce, direct, shoot and edit a diverse array of pre-recorded and live video content to support our client's brand. You'll know how to source, create and help commercialise content too.

You'll capture video content of brand promotions and high end properties to be used across social and digital properties - this content will be captured through drone equipment and cameras.

**A Little About You**:

- You plan, create, and amplify digital video content in a contemporary manner, engaging with diverse, mature audiences.
- Shooting, lighting, audio and editing are second nature to you, you know the ins and outs of a camera & your post-production standards are top-notch
- Deliver in best class footage across all platforms for promotional use.
- You've got an amazing reel of quality work that showcases your talent and a demonstrated passion for filming content.
- You may be a great artist - but you've got a professional mind that keeps you working to budgets and deadlines.
- This isn't your first rodeo - and you've got the work to prove it

**Some shiny programs you may have your head around**:

- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Final Cut, Creative Cloud software: Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe Suit footage. After Effects knowledge will sweeten the deal
- RePL and ReOC drone licences.
- Extensive experience with mirrorless cameras and DSLR.
