Your new company Located in central Canberra, this large government department has a focus on protecting Australia from the increase of risks to various areas.

Your new role
Your new role as an APS4 Assessment Officer will require you to assist with the planning, development and delivery of a program
- Providing high quality customer service
- Providing sound technical advice to importers, operational staff and other stakeholders
- Assisting with the preparation of writing briefs, reports, correspondence and other documentation
- Preparing changes to the departments import conditions database

What you’ll need to succeed

A tertiary qualification in a relevant area of biological, animal science or related scientific discipline is required

You must be an Australian citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Baseline personnel security clearance.
