You are a
- A teacher, you'll pass on technical and safety rules to our novice and experienced customers alike.
- Responsible, you ensure that each nautical activity runs smoothly.
- Passionate, you offer our customers the opportunity to discover, progress and challenge themselves

You will
- Introduce our customers to a wide range of fun activities Create enthusiasts and introduce them to the unusual activities offered at some of our resorts: the Schiller Bike, the Mirage Eclipse...
- Coordinate all water-skiing activities within the resort
- Teach water-skiing activities, from beginners to advanced levels
- Manage a team of pilots and instructors (3 to 10 people)
- Supervise à la carte services/private lessons
- Guaranteeing the service and promoting the activity within the resort
- Ensure the quality of customer relations by reinforcing the Club Med culture and spirit.
- Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations, and maintain the resort's property.
