In this pivotal role, you’ll be the key to ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, and with the highest safety standards. You'll collaborate with everyone from **Bulk Transport Drivers and Transport Team Leaders** to Planners and Customers, all working towards one goal: delivering exceptional service. This dynamic role offers you the chance to grow your expertise while contributing to the success of our market-leading Distribution team. Every day will bring exciting challenges that test your ability to multi-task, think on your feet, and make a tangible impact on our customers' business.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Ensure deliveries are made **safely**, **on time**, and within all regulatory and Cement Australia’s **Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality** standards.
- Coordinate the delivery of our products with agility, **solving problems** as they arise to hit delivery targets.
- Maximize the **efficiency** of our fleet, ensuring no load arrives late without proactive customer communication.
- Monitor customer stock levels and keep them informed to support their operations.
- Provide **outstanding customer service**, helping us achieve **Net Promoter Score (NPS)** targets and drive customer satisfaction.
**What You Bring**:
- Previous experience in **Fleet Allocations** or scheduling, with a desire to further hone these skills.
- A passion for **problem-solving** and the ability to communicate clearly with both colleagues and customers.
- A knack for **multi-tasking** and thriving under pressure - our business moves fast, and so do you
- Experience or interest in the **cement** or **concreting** industry (a plus, but not essential).
- Enthusiasm to work a **day shift** pattern and take ownership of your role.
- Proficiency in **IT systems**, including MS Office and ERP tools like SAP.
- A positive, **team-first mindset**, ready to collaborate and build strong relationships across the business.
