LD Total is a multi-award winning landscape company specialising in landscape architecture services, irrigation design, commercial landscape construction, maintenance and residential lot packages.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to support our national landscaping operations. This is a generalist HR role based at our head office in Burswood, servicing teams across WA, Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia. This role is offered on a full time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
- Support overseas recruitment (482 visa and PALM Scheme) and pastoral care
- Advise on performance management and termination procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management

**About You**:

- Diploma or higher in HR Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
