**About the centre & role**:
Chipmunks in the Garden is a small 42 place centre spaced across 3 rooms. In this role you will work alongside a dedicated team of educators with many years experience at the service. You will be expected to work with the team and the Operations and Compliance manager to progress the centres current rating and ensure we are striving for Exceeding. You will be expected to form strong relationships with the families both current and future and ensure perspective families are given detailed and personal tours and information as well as receiving strong communication following.

**This is an on off the floor Centre Manager role however it is the expectation of management that ratio is always adhered to and staff are supported, which may require you to occasionally work on the floor.**

**To be successful in the role**:

- ECT Qualification (or willing to work towards)
- Strong understanding of NQF, NQS and Regulations
- **Previous experience in a Directors role is not essential, a strong 2IC or Room Leader would be suitable also. Thorough training for the role will be provided.**:

- Strong Leadership & Management skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Bubbly personality

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
