**The opportunity**

We’re looking for a casual Delivery Driver to join our warehouse team in Alexandria, delivering fresh coffee and supplies to our customers across Sydney. This isn’t just a driving job - you’ll be the face of Toby’s on the ground, bringing our products and values directly to our community of cafés and hospitality venues.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate deliveries using our logistics tools (like Optimo Route), providing friendly service, and keeping our customers stocked with the products they love.

**What you'll do**
- Deliver customer orders safely, efficiently, and professionally using company vehicles
- Represent the Toby’s Estate brand with a clean, professional appearance and great attitude
- Build strong relationships with our café customers
- Maintain delivery records (proof of delivery, stock returns, etc.)
- Assist in general warehouse operations as needed (packing, dispatch, stock movement)
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to road rules, safety standards, and company procedures at all times

**What you’ll bring**
- A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- A proactive, reliable work ethic and strong time management
- Confidence working independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Previous delivery or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- Physical capability to safely lift and move product using trolleys

- ** Hours**: Casual, Monday to Friday
- ** Start**: Each shift starts from our warehouse in Alexandria
- ** Team**: You’ll work closely with our warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
