**About us**: Tuga Pastries is a young bakery with a world of experience, born in Sydney's eastern suburbs. We have built up a reputation Sydney-wide by providing high quality goods to customers on both a wholesale and retail level. Due to rapid growth we are seeking capable drivers working shifts from 12am-8am, operating out of Alexandria.

The role: This is a casual position within the company with a view to a permanent part-time role. Competitive hourly rate for 15-20 hours work to cover weekends, especially Sundays. Shifts begin at midnight.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

- Manual handling (loading/unloading the van with stock).
- The safe and efficient delivery of baked goods to our wholesale customers.
- Light vehicle maintenance (cleaning/washing, refuelling etc.).
- Liaising with the kitchen staff when required
- Customer service in certain circumstances

The vast majority of our wholesale customers are cafes which means the role requires deliveries to be very early in the morning starting from 12 midnight.
- A company van with an automatic transmission will be provided for the carrying out of deliveries/work duties.
- Training and other assistance will also be provided to help familiarise you with the delivery run and our customers.
- A valid, full driver's licence.
- A good driving record.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

- Good interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well solo and as a part of a team.
- A demonstrated ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
