**Job Requirements**:
As a Technical Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of various technical projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting post-building construction inspections, reporting on inspections, and inputting relevant data.
- Liaising with builders regarding reinstatement requirements and coordinating with administration for the preparation of notices.
- Maintaining records of all road opening permits/consents and ensuring that private road openings comply with permit conditions.
- Monitoring and reporting on footpath, kerb, and channel rehabilitation works, and assisting in preparing estimates for future projects.
- Conducting site inspections in accordance with the Road Asset Management Plan, specifications, and OH&S requirements.
- Undertaking inspections in response to customer requests, aligning with the Road Asset Management Plan.
- Recording asset condition results and collating information into the Asset Management System.
