400 Gradi is looking for an experienced **casual** **Floor / Waiter** to join our team

We're looking for a **FOH hospitality**champion who want to build a long term career with us by joining our busy vibrant team at our Brunswick East location.
- **Required**
- Experience within fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant venues (minimum 2 year on the floor is necessary; **experience in Italian restaurants highly preferred**).
- Availability for night shifts and weekends.
- Excellent communication, initiative, and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Well-groomed, able to multitask under pressure, and flexible with roster changes.
- **Salary** - Casual award, $31.19 - A$32.31 / Hour.
- **Location**:

- Brunswick East -15 hours minimum weekly.

The FOH role is hands-on and detail-focused. **Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus**, and on-the-job training is provided.
