As our Supply chain & logistics specialist you’ll be at the centre of our game, ensuring our products flow smoothly throughout the fashion universe. We’re all about delivering top-notch service, killer products, to our wholesale clients, and you be our secret weapon

This gig is not one to snooze on. It’s a newly created role in our merchandising structure, and we’re to drop some major moves in logístical operations and take it to new horizons.

**What success looks like as our Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist (Wholesale);**:

- Review and manage Vendor Compliance Guidelines and Routing Manuals
- Onboard vendors to Wholesale Compliance Guidelines and Routing Manuals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our suppliers, fostering strong and productive relationships, negotiating terms, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of collaboration
- Keep a watchful eye on production processes to guarantee efficiency and quality
- Ensure consistency of packaging manuals for each wholesale customer
- Set up an inspection process to guarantee compliance with packaging, tags, labels, and attachments before items leave the factory
- Provide crucial administrative support to keep the wheels turning, accurately entering and reconciling purchase orders, and ensuring financial precision.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong fashion wholesale or logistics experience is a must, International experience a bonus
- 3- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment & be adaptable to moving parts
- Experience in production coordination, including supplier communication and management critical timelines
- Negotiation and analytical skills
- Commercially minded
- Ability to build relationships & networks, and work cross functionally
- Availability to travel regularly
- Flexibility to work across global time zones when needed
