We are looking for a **Full Time Night Auditor** to join our enthusiastic team at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour. Reporting to the Night Manager, this is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive, fun and customer focused environment.

**The Role**:

- Completely understand the Front Desk and Cashiering process.
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area.
- To handle cashiering and night audit procedures with efficiency and accuracy at all times.
- Be a point of contact for all guest needs
- Assisting with Concierge when required

**Ideally you will have**:

- The ability to work shift work (11PM TO 7AM) including evening and weekends
- Must have Full Drivers Licence
- Must have an RSA
- Experience with Opera or similar PMS system
- Preferred 1-2 years Front Office experience within a 4-5 star environment
- A passion for the hospitality industry & have an eye for detail
- A customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
