**About the role**:
For Officeworks to keep growing, we need to improve stock flow and stock availability for our customers, reduce working capital and drive better insights out of inventory data. We are undertaking a project to reimagine our demand and replenishment lifecycle and organisational design; from the systems we use through to the processes and rules that drive our decision making and the way we structure the team that will do the work.

This role is responsible for the design and implementation of a revised operating model for the demand and planning functions. Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Undertake review of the current state assessments and development of desired outcomes: Capability alignment and process analysis to understand the organisation today and development of hypothesis to address current pain points.
- Development and assessment of future design options in line with the agreed business strategy
- Strategic alignment: Work alongside senior project leaders to align their organisation design principles with their intended outcomes.
- Communication with key executives including updates at steering committee forums on a regular basis.
- Rollout of the new model and workforce transition: Provision of end to end organisation design services to ensure the future design is implemented and embedded effectively

**About you**:
Prior experience in a fast-paced position ideally within Retail or FMCG business sector working across Commercial/Retail Supply Chain/Operations functions.
- Experience in change oriented/transformation environments
- Ability to work autonomously and manage organisational design and implementation end to end.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and work at pace.
- Strong influencing ability with great interpersonal skills to positively build effective working relationships and drive engagement at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable and resilient in ambiguous and changing environments.
- Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders
