In our bricks and mortar store in Chadstone “The Fashion Capital”, we’ve served fashionistas and families alike for the past 8 years giving us an understanding of trends, client needs and of course cushions.

**The Position**
- **Are you looking for a job that will help with your studies in Design/ Styling then **_**look no further.**_
- The role is providing an Interior decoration consultancy service to clients at our Chadstone kiosk
- Have a passion for working with colours, fabrics, home decor
- Be a people person and love selling/exceeding sales targets
- Opening and closing kiosk
- Working with our POS software
- A keen eye for Visual Merchandising to upkeep the look and presentation of our kiosk

**To be successful you will possess the following**:

- Retail experience is essential & Australian drivers license
- Must have flexible availability. Required to work evenings as well as weekends and Christmas period
- Experience with decor & design, the ability to combine cushions together and provide solutions for clients interiors
- Excellent personal presentation
- An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards
- High personal standards in providing superior customer service
- The ability to analyse and organise stock
- Effective communication and ability to build relationships with clients
- Be a team player but also work autonomously
- A love for design, decor, fabrics and interiors.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00 to $27.00 /hour (rate is dependant on your age)

Flexibility: Available from October right up to January 2021 and beyond. Christmas & New Years are very busy periods and we need someone who is available to work with no holidays booked or needs time off.
