**About the role**:
This crucial role is a key link between Sales, Demand Planning and Supply Planning to ensure customer service targets are achieved.

This role's primary purpose is to manage the flow of inventory into the customers Distribution Centres to support store baseline and promotional demand to meet agreed target service levels. The role is the key contact between TWE Supply, Sales and Customer Service and customer's replenishment and sales teams.
- Responsible for finished goods availability in customer DC's to support stores baseline and promotional forecast while meeting service level and stock on hand targets
- Responsible for raising Purchase Orders in the customers system in line with Distribution Centre inbound demand
- End to end supply chain exposure as this role needs to ensure that TWE's supply teams meet our customer's requirements from order placement, fulfilment, dispatching and delivering in full and on time
- Facilitates the Customer, Sales, and Demand Collaborations meetings

**About You**:
With prior experience in a similar role, you will have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. This will compliment your well-rounded communication and prioritisation skills.
- Chain Planning and/or Management, FMCG experience
- Understanding of supply chain planning and demand control principles
- Experience with scheduling software
