Customer Service Supervisor - Full-time

Andrew's Airport Parking Group is considered as Australia's largest off airport parking group with five independently operating branches located in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

An opportunity now exist for Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. Working in a fun, fast past environment. this will be a hands on role. Overseeing the Customer Service team, answering phones, checking customers, training, mentoring team, assisting with customer complaints, rosters and administration duties. Training will be provided.

If you excel at customer service, mentoring and motivating people this is the role for you.

**_Skills and experience required: _**
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- **Ideal if applicant has Drivers Accreditation (DA). If you do not have a DA than applicants must be prepared to get one by themselves once hired.**:

- Able to work AM & PM shifts and must be able to work on alternate Weekends
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Passion for customer service
- High presentation standards
- **Can Drive both Automatic and Manual Vehicles**:

- Reliable and honest
- Self motivated
- Ideally some team leader experience
- **Current Police Check - If unavailable it would need to be obtained after the interview stage.**
