**The Role**

NAB is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Lead to join a high paced and engaging team, working to ensure that NAB is delivering to our customer commitments and providing highly available Always on systems. The Service Delivery Lead works closely with technical teams, vendors and partners to drive outcomes. There will be engagement across NAB at multiple levels which allows for a varied and exciting role.

**You will need**:

- Ability to create and review reports
- Outstanding interpersonal and Influential skills with a well-developed capacity for effectively managing relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Highly adaptable and excellent organisational, problem solving, and prioritisation ability with proven ability to analyse risk
- ITIL/ITSM experience and basic certification (ITIL V2 or V3 foundation minimum)
- Knowledge in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management is highly desirable
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing, presentation skills, listening actively
- Good knowledge of IT Systems and technologies
- Adaptable with the ability to multitask
- Previous Financial Services experience would be advantageous
