We have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Service Delivery Consultant to join our Client Service team, based in our Port Melbourne office. **A role you will love**

The Service Delivery Consultant is responsible for delivering quality service to our clients. You will manage and coordinate all of the client’s digital and print communications with their customers.

The Client Services team is committed to delivering a service that provides recognised and sustained value, provides service excellence and positions CCS as the partner of choice for our clients.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate and manage client-requested jobs from the initiation stage to completion to deliver outcomes for our customers
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality communication outcomes
- Delivering quality service to our clients, whilst successfully meeting agreed KPIs and performance metrics

**What will you bring to the role?**

You are proactive and thrive in both individual and team environments. You will have:

- Proven Project Co-ordination or Project Management experience
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing multi-faceted content delivery
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and mentor team members
