Who We Are

As a **Brisbane-based** company with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, we have a **rapidly growing **& **dynamic team** consisting of administrators, schedulers, technicians, and sales managers. We are looking for an **enthusiastic Accounts Manager** to join our vibrant team in **East Brisbane**. This role will see you assisting in **the management of customer relationships**, **handling customer portals**, and **ensuring our compliance is up-to-date**.

Your Role

As the accounts manager your responsibilities include;
- Assist the sales team in finding/closing sales
- Maintain customer relationships with Sure Power
- Looking after customer portals and ensuring they’re up to date
- Converting purchase orders into jobs
- Liaising with our schedulers to book jobs
- Creating quotes & sending invoices
- Collecting reports from our technicians

Objectives of this role include;
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role
- Be a strong communicator
- Good time management skills
- Maintain a positive relationship between Sure Power and customers
- Have a “Can-do” attitude toward our customers' needs
- An understanding of Sure Power’s products & services

What You Need To Do

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East Brisbane, QLD 4169: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Relationship management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
