About the Role
The Assistant in Nursing (AIN) assists and supports the Enrolled Nurse (EN) and Registered Nurse (RN) in the provision of direct/indirect person-centred care and Urology Outpatient Department duties as required. The AIN is responsible for providing nursing care in a professional, safe, and compassionate manner as a member of Urology Outpatient Department healthcare team according to their education and competence.
This position is required to undertake the chart preparation for all 10 Urology and General Surgical clinics, prepare and maintain cleanliness in the consulting rooms, assist with stock management, assist with flexiscope management, assist in patient handling as required, as well as general OPD monitoring. This is a frontline support role only and has high administration requirements.
