**Operator Final Trim** - FIFO**& DIDO**
**New Positions, New Projects (Goldfields and Dongara)**

**We have new projects commencing from the 22 April & mid-May, 2:1 or 3:1 rosters from Perth.**
- Long term opportunities, ongoing work, stability
- Salary Sacrifice available for flights from east coast. East Coast flights are not included
- Operator Experience: detailed excavation +-10mm tolerances, without GPS
- Operators willing to get out of cab, boots on ground role, assist trades, concreters, steelies

**Goldfields Project - outside Leonora FIFO ex Perth**
- FIFO ex Perth - 2:1 or 3:1 Rosters
- 20 week project, on going opportunities
- Scope of work: Crusher construction or similar experience highly regarded.

**Dongara Project - DIDO from Perth & Geraldton**
- Scope of Work: Power Station. We are looking for versatile capability who can help trades set up conduits and then slabs on the ground.
- 12 week project, on going opportunities
- Accommodation is in a great town, motel or villas in a caravan park.
- DIDO from Perth and Geraldton. Able to drive self if you live closer.

**Flanco are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters, Operators Final Trim, Concreters, Steel Fixers, Crane Operator, Concrete Batch Operator and Supervisors to join our team.**

**About Us**:
Flanco are a growing civil construction company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division.

Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.

**About You**:

- Experience in a similar role - detailed excavation without GPS
- Earthmoving tickets: Minimum 2 years' experience at +-10mm tolerances
- All rounder experience and willingness to help out on the ground - formwork, steel fixing, concrete - essential
- Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
- Minimum HR license essential.
- White Card
- Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
