**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a grader to perform Final Trim work on construction and civil sites
- Utilize GPS technology to ensure precision in grading
- Mix ferrocrete as required for specific projects
- Follow plans and blueprints to ensure accurate grading
- Conduct routine maintenance on grader to ensure it is in good working condition
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Grader Operator, with a focus on Final Trim work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while operating heavy equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required
