Reporting to GM Private Label some areas of responsibility include:

- ** Key Account Management** - look after several existing accounts as well as develop new business in consultation with GM Private Label.
- ** Retailer Onboarding -** coordinate key aspects of the onboarding process with supermarket chains to enable Olam Agri to be approved as a long term supplier.
- ** Market Insights**: map market to understand volumes by channel, and share market insights and reports highlighting competitive product trends & pricing to inform business direction and product development
- ** Commercial Outcomes**: accountability for targets relating to number of key accounts, market share and sales revenue in Australia and New Zealand.

**Who we seek**

To be in contention for this exciting opportunity:

- Possess a minimum of 7 years in a similar commercial sales role preferably in dry grocery sales with established connections with small and large grocery retailers
- Work autonomously, within a small team & manage own customer call cycle
- Friendly and positive demeanour, organised, self-driven and shows initiative.
- Knowledge of retailer onboarding processes
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders across different cultural backgrounds, comfortable working with ambiguity and able to travel within APAC

You will most certainly be passionate, hard working, able to synthesize information from different sources to form a market view, have strong problem solving skills, and have the ambition to manage a business independently, in time.
