**The opportunity**
Looking to break into administration and sales within the medical device industry? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented** Junior Sales and Training Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about education in healthcare and professional development.

**Experience required**:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, training administration, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities effectively.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Familiarity with training delivery processes, ideally within an RTO or education environment.
- Experience liaising with clients, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., RTO standards) is an advantage.
- Track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management is beneficial.
