**Construction**

The Construction team has been involved in a large number of the most notable major projects and disputes undertaken throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

The team has been acknowledged by all leading legal publications as being at the forefront of construction law in Australia.

**Position Description**

An opportunity currently exists for a lawyer — 2 to 4 years — to join the highly experienced Perth construction team.

In this role, you will work closely most closely with a highly impressive partner.

It is a role focused on major disputes (litigation, arbitration, adjudication etc) for clients including government entities, developers, contractors, financiers and investors.

**Requirements**:
To be successful for this role, you will be a construction lawyer with
**two to four years** post admission experience.
- The ability to run with smaller matters autonomously, while playing a team role on the larger matters;
- The ability to build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and peers; and
- An interest in developing your professional profile within the industry.
