**Description**:
POSITION DESCRIPTION
To support the St Nicholas Operations team by coordinating with the Resource and Planning Manager and Area Service Managers.
This role assists Nominated Supervisors in sourcing and replacing qualified educators to ensure staffing requirements are consistently met.
**Skills and Experiences**:
EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA
- Experience with rostering large volumes of ratio driven operational requirements across multiple sites
- Fortnightly review of rostering systems to ensure time sheets for over 700 employees and payroll are accurate and ready for processing to agreed timelines
- Demonstrated capacity to organise, prioritise and manage several tasks at one time in order to meet various deadlines
- High level communications skills across a diverse range of stakeholders and the ability to problem solve and trouble shoot issues as required
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team performing at a high level
- Experience in rostering or similar scheduling roles will be highly regarded

QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of a First Aid Certificate or willingness to acquire
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence
- National Criminal History check clearance Desirable
