**Responsibilities**:

- Briefing all suppliers and manufacturers of new developments or production orders to ensure tech packs and requests are detailed and clear and to enable smooth efficient sampling & production process in required time frame.
- Daily communication (written, verbal and video call) with overseas suppliers throughout the development and production process to ensure any questions, discrepancies and problems are resolved efficiently and timely.
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers on quotes, sampling & production & shipping.
- Creation and maintenance of working documents, purchase orders, records and databases (BOMs, Crit-Path, Cin7), ensuring the accurate reflection of current status.
- Assurance, support and sample management of all in terms of quality, processing & fit.
- Attend new project handover meetings, taking notes with updates and follow-up action points to share with all internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Organise, file and archive samples, swatches and raw material.
- Accurately update BOM and Spec to reflect final product along with all physical approvals, including raw material, colour standards, wash panels, hardware and trim approvals.
- Track & follow critical paths key dates to ensure client delivery dates are met.

**You will need...**
- Min 5 years, experience in a similar Product Development or Production role is essential (dealing with Mens/Womens woven, knits, merchandise items)
- Understanding of garment construction
- Understanding of freight/ logistics
- Understanding of costing
- Excellent Understanding & tracking history of production crit-path
- Self starter who is proactive, shows initiative, can do attitude
- Team player
- High organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Able to multitask
- Project management skills are beneficial
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator is bonus but not essential
