**About Our Client**:

Manage and coordinate services across all program areas, achieving results in line with the organisational objectives while adhering to contractual and grant requirements for specific programs and services.* Implement control mechanisms to ensure all program area contract hours and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client's hours or numbers are met, while regularly providing analysis and interpretation of service outputs and areas for development.
- Plan, direct, control, and evaluate community engagement, social activities, and events, enabling team members and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Lead a team in delivering engagement activities to children and young people, utilising specialised functions and techniques.
- Establish service partnerships with relevant agencies, linking clients to the broader service system within a collaborative recovery model to help clients define recovery and support goals.
- Identify potential partnerships with external organisations with specific expertise that can be contracted to deliver activities and events.
- Develop and implement robust systems and procedures for the delivery and review of activities and events, evaluating their effectiveness regularly.
- Facilitate client decision-making process and support services by providing comprehensive information, ensuring that client files adhere to relevant policies and legislation.
- Participate in and contribute to compliance and quality audits and reviews as required, preparing reports and budget submissions for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Act as a consultant, providing complex professional problem-solving services, and advice on policy methods, contributing to its development and implementation.
- Uphold principles of equity and anti-discrimination in the workplace and adhere to organisational and legislative Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
- Develop sound working relationships across all levels of the organisation and undertake other relevant duties as directed, consistent with the employee's skill, competence, and training.
**The Successful Applicant**:
1. Proven experience in comprehensive case management, including assessment, planning, service provision, and evaluation. This should involve managing complex and competing caseloads for children, young people, older citizens, and culturally and linguistically diverse individuals, demonstrating a high level of discipline knowledge.
2. Demonstrated leadership experience with high-performing teams managing complex work with community members experiencing trauma and/or vulnerability. This should include leading under a wide range of conditions to achieve results in line with divisional and corporate goals.
4. Extensive experience working with issues related to individuals experiencing housing insecurity, family or domestic violence, health issues, particularly mental health, and other complex issues, showcasing a comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures.
6. Highly developed analytical skills applied in case management, with an ability to review operations and determine their effectiveness.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, including facilitation, presentation, communication, and consultation abilities enabling successful negotiation, conflict resolution, liaison, and marketing.
8. Ability to prepare complex assessment reports and utilise intervention skills, demonstrating a high level of written communication skills and computer literacy.
9. Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks and manage time and competing priorities, evidencing high-level organisational skills and the ability to establish work area outcomes.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING**
- A higher education qualification, at degree level in Case Management, Aged Care, Community Services, or a related discipline, accompanied by extensive relevant experience.
- Full driver's licence.
- Full time access to a comprehensively insured car.
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting, manual handling tasks.
- Driving to client's or partnership organisation's locations.
- The position requires use of personal vehicle to deliver services.
- Able to work some evenings, weekends & public holidays.
