Our client is the world's largest producer of plastic polymers, compounds and resins used as raw materials in the manufacturing of goods for various industries, including Agriculture, Building and Construction, Electrical & Electronics, Packaging, Personal Care and Hygiene, Leisure, and Homewares etc.

Our client is looking for **Machine Operators** to join their team on **a full-time permanent** basis and perform end-to-end polymer processing on plastic compounding machinery based in Mordialloc. They have multiple positions available on their **Afternoon Shift.**

**Key responsibilities in these roles will include**:

- Operating machinery
- Weighing, mixing, and preparing materials
- General Labouring

**To be successful in these roles you will be expected to have**:

- Sound experience in a processing and/or manufacturing environment,
- Good mechanical aptitude and a reasonable amount of fitness
- Your own reliable transport

Our client will provide career progression and guarantee to give you the training and support you need to succeed. In return you will receive above award wages, shift loading, over time, plus a further $1200 after probation.
