Our client based in Dingley Village is currently looking for a permanent machine operator to join their team

Our client based in Dingley Village is one of the largest Australian innovative and sustainable building products companies in Australia. They have been an integral part of the Australian building and construction industry for over 50 years. They specialise in designing, manufacturing, distributing, and installing designer ceramic, terracotta and concrete roof tiles, concrete blocks, bricks, paving and retaining wall products.

They are currently seeking a Full-Time Permanent Machine Operator to join their Day Shift and Afternoon Production Team. This role would be full-time Mon-Fri 6am to 2.30pm or 2.30pm - 10.30pm, however there may be overtime options.

**About The Role**
- Basic Machine Operations
- Process Line Inspection and Sheen Station
- Colour Dye station operation
- Extruder Operation
- Performing machine adjustments and minor maintenance tasks - greasing and lubricating machine parts
- Shovel excess product (cement, dirt, etc) into waste bin
- Handle Empty & Loaded plates (5-10kg)
- Emptying Paint bucket (5-15kg)
- Be aware of defected tiles/sheets
- Basic Computer Knowledge to report all data
- Basic Hand & Power tools experience
- General Warehouse Cleaning

**About You**
- Previous machine operation experience - this is essential for this role
- Experience within the sheet metal/roofing/tiling - preferred but not essential
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Capable of lifting to 15-20kgs
- General computer skills
- Be available for an ongoing - 5 days a week.
- Valid Victorian Driver's license
- Have a strong knowledge of OHS procedures
- Work in a team environment
