We are seeking an analytical, problem solving, action driver who can own elements of our Demand & Supply planning processes, assisting their team in executing great commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities:

- Building & Maintaining accurate demand plans for Bikes Categories
- Determining Purchase requirements for the Bikes Categories and submission of orders by production deadlines
- Maintenance of Supply plans & working with suppliers to ensure optimal execution
- Driving forecast accuracy improvements & minimizing key segment out of stocks
- Collaborating with other internal teams to drive strong commercial outcomes
- Management of inventory based on quantity and quality measures
- Driving data and system/process improvement
- Transparent reporting/Analysis for the Planning Team
