**Meeting Room Coordinator | BHP Perth**

**The Role**
The purpose of the Meeting Room Co-ordinator is to provide friendly, attentive and efficient customer service to our valued customers at BHP Perth.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Liaising with clients on a day to day issues
- Coordinate bookings details of all functions requiring service.
- Assisting the catering team with day to day ordering and invoice processing as required
- Provide daily run sheets for meeting room staff to deliver meeting room set ups and requirements
- Maintain efficient monitoring and servicing of meeting room enquires
- Ensure meeting room set-ups meet requirements/brief provided by the client
- Work and adapt under pressure and multi task
- Show a sense of urgency in responding to clients’ needs by promptly responding to all request, queries and supplying updated information to key stakeholders
- Ensure high standards of presentation are provided within meeting rooms
- Liaise with clients in lead up to and start of key meetings and events to ensure client expectations are exceeded
**To succeed in this role, you will need**:
- Proficient using Microsoft Windows
- You will have extensive experience in a similar front facing customer service role within a corporate environment
- Suitable for someone has hospitality background
