**Description**:
The Manager, Corporate Assets is accountable for oversight of the corporate related asset management functions including fleet, facilities, strata, sustainability, risk and essential safety measures (ESM) compliance and procurement.

You will possess extensive experience in the management of facilities, including, compliance with all contractual and legislative obligations. Sound knowledge and experience of corporate asset project management including scoping, planning and delivery of new facility requirements, to enable efficient project delivery is also key to your success. To be successful you will need to demonstrate that you have the capacity to engage with a wide cross section of individuals and an ability to prioritise workloads.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Proven experience and successful track record in a comparable role or discipline(s) within the public/community, private housing sector or transferable sector
- Experience managing various functions within a team
- Knowledge and track record with project reporting, including analysis and controls
- Experience with, managing a high performing and collaborative team ensuring performance and development across the team supports HCA business objectives
- Proven record with the development and implementation of restructured asset management functions including change management across the business
- Experience managing the facilities function, including, contractual and legislative compliance, and company vehicle fleet
- Reporting and documentation experience including scoping, planning and delivery of new facility requirements
- Contribute to the development and ongoing management of frameworks within Asset Management
- Experience with assisting in the development and management of a National Procurement, National Sustainability and risk management frameworks in providing governance and process requirements
- Provide management and compliance reporting for all projects and programs as required
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships across our organisation
- Comply with all organisational policies and procedures, legislation and agreements, including gender equality and respect and occupational health and safety
- Contribute to the development and review of policies and procedures relevant to the role
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and high work volumes without affecting quality of service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
- Sound knowledge of OHS as it applies to the construction/maintenance industry
- Outcomes and solutions focused
