Module Reliability and Testing Technician

As a Module Reliability and Testing Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and certifying our next-generation solar modules, propelling us towards international recognition and market dominance.

**You will focus on**:

- Collaborating closely with the Module team on testing and data analysis.
- Work closely with our Procurement & Logistics Officer for the procurement of necessary testing equipment.
- Preparing and managing a Bill of Materials for optimal production and reliability testing of high-efficiency solar modules.
- Assisting in the fabrication of solar modules and operating commercial-scale and lab testing equipment.
- Contributing to the development of quality management systems and troubleshooting testing equipment.
- Participating in outdoor solar module installation and testing, and engaging in other R&D activities as requried.

**We would love you to have**:

- A bachelor's degree in Solar Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or relevant engineering discipline, coupled with hands-on lab experience.
- A resilient mindset with a focus on results and a keen eye for details.
- Demonstrated ability in delicate handling, while efficient management day-to-day tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to suggesting improvements and addressing issues.
- Experience or familiarity with solar energy industry practices, testing methodologies, and PV testing and characterization techniques would be advantageous.
