The Opportunity:
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Designer to join the innovative Driza-Bone team. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be working on the style and direction of the range across brand in line with the business strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design innovative and commercial product in accordance with the company’s business objectives and timelines, whilst meeting customer expectations.
- Interpret and apply; trends, themes, concepts, colours, fabrication, trims, fit and styling direction suitable to the Driza-Bone brand.
- Follow the product development process through from concept to fit sample approval
- In collaboration with Designers, contribute to meeting critical path milestones in relation to design and product development.

About You:

- Experience as a Senior Designer or Designer role and working with a brand creatively.
- Tertiary qualification in Fashion, Textile & Product Development/Fashion Design required.
- Demonstrated experience in Womens & Menswear; with specific emphasis on outer/outdoor wear.
- Superior technical skills product design and construction
- Experience with oilskin fabrications and complex technical design
- Experience in Fully fashioned Knitwear desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- A love of the country, an understanding of our customer and an alignment to our core values
