About the Opportunity This is a permanent part-time mobile role with a minimum of 12 hours per week (opportunity for additional shifts) supporting NDIS participants in their homes across Western Sydney and surrounding suburbs. - Local to Western Sydney (Quakers Hill, St Marys, Hornsby, Penrith, Springwood, etc.) - SCHADS Level 2 base rate from $34.58 per hour plus salary packaging benefits, penalty rates, and superannuation - Salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 per year (pay less tax) - Must be flexible to work across the week including weekends from 9am to 5pm depending on the business requirements Our service operates 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm e.g. 3 to 8 hours per shift Uniting is currently looking for flexible and dedicated Disability Support Workers to engage with participants living with various physical and mental disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) across their homes in Western Sydney.
