Front Office Supervisor

**Your day-to-day**
- Provide support in coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve self and team member’s performance/development
- In conjunction with Front Office Manager contribute to regular staff meetings that focus of morale building, teamwork, operational issues and driving guest experience
- Maintain cashiers float, ensuring accurate daily report of all money received, performs the audit balances and prepares all works for audit
- Upselling of rooms and food and beverage offerings
- Deliver a memorable experience to our guests with a personal service whilst not forgetting to recognise and record guest preferences
- Demonstrate awareness of WH&S policies and procedures and ensure all work practices are carried out within the guidelines. Ensue timely and accurate reporting of hazards
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures

**What we need from you**
- 2 years’ related experience, including management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Ability to manage in a competitive environment
- Ability to manage complex relationships
- Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm and positivity in the team to drive an engaged winning culture
- Strong Leadership skills in managing a team to drive for results
- Flexibility - Night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
