Threefold Pastry is part of the newly built Parramatta Square redevelopment. Located underneath the Square’s first completed office tower - 4 Parramatta Square is fast becoming home for some of Sydney’s best hospitality names. 2+ years experience as barista - essential
Experience with speciality coffee
Must be knowledgeable, truly passionate about exceptional quality and have the ability to create consistent coffee
Ensures standard operating procedures and steps of service are followed
Is comfortable adjusting grinders throughout the day.
The ability to handle a fast paced and high-volume environment
Yes attitude toward guests.

Part-time hours: 35-45 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
