**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Care**: Greet guests with warmth, assist with check-ins, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- **Attention to Detail**: Help maintain a clean and organized venue, including sauna rooms, change rooms, and common areas.
- **Support & Sales**: Provide guidance on sauna usage, assist with retail sales, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
