**Job Description** We are looking for a Practice Manager to lead and manage our team**

Greencross Kangaroo Flat is an open plan design, aiding in the inclusive and cohesive team environment amongst our 5 Nurses and 3 Vets. We are a community focused practice with some very loyal long-term clients, team wellbeing and mental health is a top priority, supported with flexible working arrangements. Our facilities include 2 consult rooms, prep area, surgical room, radiography room, seperate dog and cat wards.
**Your new role will see you;**
- Min. 3 days a week role - 25 hours a week
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Nursing duties as required
**About Your Skills & Experience;**
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent animal handling skills
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business insight and organisational skills
