**About the Role**:

- **Permanent full-time** contract as an Information Professional
- This role will be based in Eveleigh, Monday-Friday.
- Training provided to ensure smooth transition to the role and the company
- This role will be assisting the end-to-end of production department.

**Your primary responsibilities will involve but not limited to**:

- Collate, arrange, and organise information and data relating to logístical planning for domestic and international freight
- Handling custom clearance documentations and VAR matters
- Booking domestic and international shipment
- Liaise with logistic suppliers and third-party logistic suppliers
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Process customer orders on ERP system with accuracy and in timely fashion
- Maintain and update relevant information in ERP system
- Review against order processing requirements for accuracy and completeness
- Co-ordinate the sales order fulfillment process
- Customer data entry
- Liaise with internal and external teams to resolve order processing issues
- Coordinate with departments and customers regarding order status, shipping, prices, product availability and backlog orders
- Resolve order processing issues, post order issues, and handling complaints.
- Performing administrative duties

**Key requirements: (Qualifications/ Technical & Specialist Skills/ Experiences)**
- Add list of minimum qualification in Bachelor of Business
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experienced in customer service and/ or logistics is essential

- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Ability in problem-solving
- Team oriented

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
