Receptionist/front of House

**Receptionist / Front of House (Bowral, NSW)**
Anthem is currently seeking a full-time Front of House Receptionist to join our supportive and inclusive team environment that is passionate about delivering quality care for our residents.

**About the Role**:
This role is responsible for the provision of high quality administrative and reception services, ensuring that legislative and government standards are complied with. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Reception duties, including telephone and front desk enquieries.
- Supporting residents to give feedback and make complaints.
- Arranging and coordinating activities within the Assisted Living community when required.
- Arranging meetings, including invitiations, agendas and taking minutes.
- Coordinating and undertaking a range of administrative duties.

**About You**:
You will have have highly developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with not only staff but also our residents and their family members. Other important skills to this role include, but are not limited to:

- High level of organisation and time mangement skills.
- Excellent telephone skills with experience with switchboard.
- A friendly personality.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be able to work Public Holidays if they fall Monday to Friday.
- Must be able to be flexible to cover weekend reception shifts if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All visitors and staff are required to wear a mask at the facility and also to take an onsite RAT test priot to entry to the premises.

- Bowral, NSW 2576: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Criminal History / Police Check (preferred)
