**ALL-ROUNDER (Part-time/Casual)**

**About the Role**: We are on the hunt for a Cafe all-rounder to join our team. As an all-rounder, you will be at the forefront of our dining experience, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves a chat, is passionate about hospo, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives in a customer-focused role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to take orders, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations. Preparing beverages.

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. RSA (not essential, but highly recommended).
